Our rent a bartender service has 2 departments, Establishments, consisting of clubs, restaurants and hotels, and Functions.

When it come to establishments our company offers a first in the bar industry.  Imagine the following. You are managing a busy Friday night at you venue. One of your bar staff did not pitch for work, so every now and then you jump in the bar and help out.  Suddenly one of your bartenders cuts his hand and needs to go to the hospital. Now you are seriously under staffed!  What do you do?

Well we supply an option to that and similar situation regarding being short staffed.  If your establishment is registered with us, we will train our bar staff in your bar.  They will work at least one shift free.  After that they will know your menus, your prices and your point of sales system. They will be available to you 24/7. All you need to do when short staffed is pick up the phone, call our company and we send you a bartender to work as one of your own. Our bar staff do not share tips, they keep the tips they make and they do not participate in opening and closing procedures, like stock take or cash-ups and so on.  They are purely there to serve the guests in time of need.

You pay a monthly fee to stay registered with us.  This fee guarantees you availability of bar staff 24/7 for your establishment.  Then when you make use of the service and send for a bartender you will be charged a shift rate per bartender that work per shift they worked payable on the first Monday after worked.

Our rent a bartender for functions works a little different.  No monthly registration fees needed.  You simply give us a call, place your order of how many bar staff you need, tell us where and when they need to be and we charge you an hourly rate.
