Welcome to a new era in the bar industry! 

Caliber offers you a wide variety of services in and around the bar industry of South Africa.  More than 10 years experience in the hospitality, food & beverage, retail, entertainment and service industries has formed our company in order for us to deliver exceptional services.  In the past we have helped clubs open their doors by assisting them in cocktail menu designs, training of bar staff, setting up of bars and much, much more.  As Trainers in our own right, we have written, developed and delivered customer service and selling skills training programs to the bar community and individual alike.  We have also been involved in training and supervising of bar staff for the Soccer World Cup 2010.

Our main goal is to try and get the bar industry of South Africa to a new higher level of professionalism.  We believe that a bar job is not just something you do while you study in order to have some extra cash, but that you can actually make a career out of being a bartender.  So we make sure that our training is equal to, if not higher than, international standards and working with FIFA during the world cup has proven to us that our standards are indeed of an exceptional high quality.
